Our San Francisco Studio
Permanent Atelier is located at 2244 Fillmore Street, Suite 3, in the heart of Pacific Heights. Our light-filled treatment space was designed by botanical architect Lila Moreau, featuring living moss walls, reclaimed oak millwork, and vintage apothecary details that honor the slow craft behind every procedure.
We welcome guests Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. Evening consultations are available by private appointment for restorative and paramedical cases requiring extended time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral for paramedical tattooing?
No referral is required for scar camouflage or areola restoration. We do, however, request that surgical sites be fully healed — typically 9 to 12 months post-procedure — and we will review your medical history during the initial consultation.
How do I prepare for my first visit?
Come with clean skin free of active sunburn or retinoids. We will review your medical history, discuss design intentions, and take detailed photographs. Plan to spend 60 to 90 minutes with us; there is no rushing at the atelier.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule without penalty. Your consultation deposit is fully transferable to a future booking. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit, as we reserve extended time for each guest.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Digital gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be redeemed toward consultations, services, or our botanical aftercare kits. We hand-letter a physical card and ship it locally within San Francisco.
